Welcome to Williamwood Practice registration page, we are delighted to accept registrations within the following areas.
- Newton Mearns (G77) including Crookfur, Broom, Kirkhill, Patterton, Westacres, Mearnskirk, Greenfarm, Greenlaw, Maidenhill
- Clarkston, Wiliamwood, Busby, Eaglesham and Waterfoot (G76)
- Whitecraigs, Giffnock, Thornliebank (G46)
Please note, if you are a current patient and have moved out with these boundaries you will be asked to find a new practice which covers your new postcode.
When thinking of moving practice we always recommend that you obtain a full supply of medication from your current practice before registering with us. Please be aware that it may take several weeks for your case notes to be transferred from your previous practice. To ensure we have some medical information about you while this happens we ask that you complete the online registration form and questionnaire below.

It is important to note that you can only permanently register with a GP practice if you’re staying in the area for more than 3 months.

Step 1: Complete online registration form
Our online registration form will collect your details, a brief outline of your medical history and record your preferences. This information may be added to your record and will allow us to begin to provide you with medical services.
Step 2: Upload scans of proof of address
Please upload proof of your current address. This can be in the form of a driving licence, household utility bill or bank statement. Alternatively you can deliver a copy to the practice.
