Easter Bank Holiday

The practice will be closed on Friday, 18th April, and Monday, 21st April, for the Easter Bank Holiday. Please ensure that any prescription requests are made in advance.

Appointments

The Practice operates a triage system to help you get the care you need quicker. Whether you chose to use our eConsultation form, available only from 8am to 12pm Monday to Friday (please note this is for routine enquiries only and closes at 12pm to allow us to triage safely), or contact us by phone on 0141 620 0333. Our phone lines are open from 8am to 6pm. A member of our trained team of care coordinators will gather as much information about your symptoms as possible. Once we have all the necessary details, these will be assessed to ensure you are directed to the most appropriate service.

DO NOT use this form for any medical emergencies, as your request will not be seen immediately.

It may be that you are advised to connect with one of our other wider community team members which include community pharmacists, dentists, optometrists and podiatrists, amongst others in order to get you the most appropriate care.

If your symptoms require a review from our clinical team, all of the information given will be passed to them to review and ensure that you are directed to the right person to deal with your issue. Our care co-ordinators will then call you back within 72 hours of your contact with the advice relating to your enquiry. It is important to advise us at your first point of contact if you feel your symptoms cannot wait including why you feel this is urgent.

There are various options which you may be advised of at this point which may include the offer of an appointment either via telephone or face to face. Our in-house team comprises of GPs, Pharmacist, Nurse, Physiotherapist and Link Workers so depending on your needs, rest assured your appointment will be with one of our team or you may be directed to one of our specialist partners in the community

We may ask you to fill out an electronic review following a request or if you are currently under review for a medical condition. Complete an online Health Review form when asked to do so by a member of our team.

If you would like to give permission for someone else to be able to discuss your medical records with practice staff, please fill out the form below named Patient consent form. This form must be signed by the patient and handed into the surgery and is valid for one year only.
