Reception / Administrative Staff
The Reception Staff have a very demanding role. They attend to patients on the phone and in person as well as handling all electronic communications within the practice such as hospital letters and results. They facilitate the smooth running of the Practice, and support delivery of quality patient care. They are trained to ask you questions about your medical problem in order to ensure your issue is dealt with by the most appropriate clinician, this often won’t be a GP. Please be assured that they are trained to respect the strict principles of confidentiality that we adhere to
